3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
We cannot accept returns of dietary supplements that have been opened or partially consumed, for health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or does not match the description.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:

- We will confirm your return request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refund Process
